As you can see, Chumpbait has no annoying advertisements and no corporate sponsors. Since 2010, local journalism in Sheboygan has slowly become a thing of the past. The local newspaper, once a great source for coverage of City Hall and breaking news, is now mostly stories from outside our area. Even the radio station barely has any news related to our community.

When I joined FOX6 News in Milwaukee amidst the COVID pandemic, I was given an opportunity to not only cover the news in Southeast Wisconsin but to learn valuable skills and techniques that I could bring back to my hometown. There is so much happening here that is not being covered and I hope to change that.
