Micah Pearce is the new leader of the Sheboygan GOP
We must be conservative in philosophy but bold in our approach. We don't need a slight tweak here or there. We need transformation.
The Republican Party of Sheboygan County has a young new leader and his name is Micah Pearce. He has committed to setting the RPSC on a path of investing in new media and technology, and bringing a new generation of members into the party.
The time is now to set in motion the changes needed to rebuild our party from the grassroots up, modernize the way we run campaigns, and attract different, energetic, and younger candidates at all levels.
We must be conservative in philosophy but bold in our approach. We don't need a slight tweak here or there. We need transformation. We can't keep fighting a 21st century war with 20th century weapons. That’s why I have been part of a group of prominent Republicans that have been planning this dramatic change within the party. Rather than pointing fingers and assigning blame, we’ve been designing a manifesto of sorts that will transform our party into a proactive organization.
Revitalizing the Sheboygan County GOP will have much to do with how we talk about issues and standing on principle. And, above all, it will require leadership. I am proud to support Mr. Pearce and the new incoming Executive Committee. I trust Mr. Pearce will respect all conservatives and work with anyone who wants to make an impact in advancing our conservative ideas in Sheboygan County and beyond.
My focus will not end with the recent party leadership race. I will continue advancing the tenets of the RPSC Transformation Project throughout this year. I will hold our leaders accountable for implementing the plan and I know most of you will as well.
